Mission Statement

DB-LINK is a vehicle through which access to information about children and youth who are deaf-blind is made available to individuals who are deaf-blind, their families, the service community, and the general public. DB-LINK strives to provide access to information through a balanced presentation of resources to meet the unique informational needs of individuals. People who are deaf-blind have a right to lead fulfilling lives. We believe an informed populace is essential to the realization of this right.

DB-LINK is a collaborative effort that utilizes the expertise and resources of five organizations. To learn more, see our Partner organizations.
